It then went out of print and a few years later Beyond the Pale ceased operating.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eBeyond the Pale has been revived and has published this special edition to coincide with the 40th anniversary of the 1981 hunger strike.
